Introducing Pelican Cove! Brand new 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath private beach home with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and Mobile Bay and decks galore. This gorgeous beach home sleeps up to 12 guests.

Located just steps from the beach access, you can enjoy the amazing views of the beach from the oversized lower deck which is partially covered as well as the large covered deck located on the second level. The decks are equipped with sturdy deck furniture and offers plenty of seating for everyone who wants to enjoy the water views with their morning coffee or an evening cocktail. You will also find unobstructed views of Mobile Bay from the large, covered deck located on the north side of the home.

This home offers a nice open floorplan so everyone has enough room to spread out and enjoy that much needed family time together. Decorated with a nice, relaxed coastal feel, enjoy the extra touches like the exposed wood beams and electric fireplace. For the cook in the group, they will enjoy the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, which has a double oven, and everything you need to cook your fresh catch of the day!

The 1st floor offers a Master Suite with a King bed, walk in closet and beautiful private bathroom with a glassed in shower.
Three bedrooms are located on the 2nd level of Pelican Cove. Another Master Suite with access to the upper covered balcony offers a King sized bed and beautiful private bathroom. The 2nd Bedroom offers a King sized bed. The 3rd bedroom is equipped with 2 built in Twin Bunks situated over 2 Queen Sized Beds. Perfect spot for the entire family to sleep! These 2 bedrooms share a large bathroom with a walk in shower. All bedrooms offer Smart TVs, perfect for streaming your favorite shows.

Enjoy the additional large seating area located under the house with even more views of the Gulf and Bay. An EV charger power outlet is provided under the house however you will need to bring your own charger.

Pelican Cove has all of the extras you will need for your perfect beach vacation.
