Fun family getaway

The condo was perfect for my family of 10. We spent a lot of time on the beach and relaxing. The beds were comfy and we loved having the huge kitchen.

Great Stay

The size of the Condo was very accommodating for our group. We did have an issue with the toilet in the master running constantly, but that was promptly fixed with a call to the service team. Very good service from the maintenance crew. We sat out on the patio every morning watching the dolphins swim. It was a very relaxing and nice place. The Location is great if you like to be up high and on the ocean front. Great Place and we will be back again.

Gulf shores

The accommodation was perfect for our family of 10, plenty of space and amenities to make it feel like home for 5 days. The balcony had a great view of the ocean and the convent store across the street was nice for purchasing things we forgot to bring within walking distance. Furniture and decorations were outdated but it didn’t matter to us we were there for the beach, pool and scenery! The place is large enough to move around in without feeling confined and check in and out was very simple. My only complaint.. using VRBO in the past the host was always very prompt in responding to emails and very helpful with dining and activities and answering questions. I did not feel the personal touch the host normally provides when I have rented from VRBO in the past

Thanksgiving vacation

This place was perfect for Thanksgiving week. The kitchen and dining room are huge and there was plenty of room for everyone to have space (7 adults and 2 kids). But the condo is definitely ‘tired’ and needs updating. The stove needs replaced and the furniture is worn. But the location is great and we loved overlooking the gulf and having a beautiful view of the bay. We even enjoyed watching the beach restoration activities.

Well it had spacious room but very outdated and broken furniture. Sheets stained and old. Washer and dryer old and dryer on its last leg. Pool at complex very small.

Best Vacation Ever!

This place was wonderful! From the moment we walked in, we knew it was perfect for our family of 10. It was clean and spacious and beautiful. It is on the beach and close to town. Yet, we felt like we had plenty of room and amenities. We had a great family vacation!

First time Gulf Shores

This was our first experience at Gulf Shores. The condo was the perfect space for our large blended family. Right on the beach and the kids loved the pool. We enjoyed having a popular “The Hangout” a mile from the condo with great restaurants in between. The only complaint I had was the condo definitely needs to be completely updated as well as several cracked tiles needing to be replaced. We were more than pleased with the condo and our experience at Gulf Shores!

Beach stay in high style

Kitchen was well equipped, except there needs to be a K- cup maker. We took our own. Unless I miss read, I expected the 3rd bathroom to be accessed from 2 bedrooms and instead there were 3 suites. We all loved the place and recommend it highly!

The condo was the perfect size for our family vacation. Everyone had their own space and there was plenty of space when we did gather as a family. The condo is somewhat dated but it was clean and very comfortable.

All past comments are accurate…

I would like to start out clarifying a few things. This entire property is not clean nor well maintained I will start with the most concerning and lead into the lack of maintenance taken. There is no deadlock on the exit doors to feel secure about children walking out. Uncleaned toilets with urine marks on 2 of the 3.5 toilets. I immediately reported to management with pictures. I got a quick reply thanking us for pictures and noting they will forward our comments to the local team. We had to clean them ourselves, very unacceptable. Light over master toilet not working properly. Water would stand at a foot deep in the front shower. There was a hair clump in master shower. Dust was collecting for weeks on the return air vents, furniture, ceiling fans etc. The patio had a great view and comfortable furniture but patio dirty. A chair in dining room was broken, it needs to be repaired or removed. The condo was dirty from the carpet, floor around baseboards, to the furniture, drapes and throw pillows. One bedroom was bare with no bed skirt and very little in the room. Not the way the pictures show it online. I messaged the property 2-3 months in advance to know if the past comments would be addressed and I received a canned message. The concerns of past comments are accurate so do not set your expectations on them making improvements. This is now a cash cow property. We had babies and were concerned with the lack of cleanliness. There are loose or broken floor tiles throughout the whole condo. The dryer took a while to dry full loads. Kitchen was not as well stocked as mentioned: Lack of dishes to store leftovers in. No measuring cups or spoons. No plastic wear I felt comfortable with my grandchildren using. Not a full set of silverware, we had to wash often. There is a old free standing ice maker that does not work(as mentioned in comments). That would of been a huge plus for guest visiting the beach. I suggest remove it and seal up the hole. Underneath, the ice maker is a hole that collected trash and dust. However, there is a working ice maker in the fridge but just couldn’t keep up with us. On the plus side, the condo is very roomy, has great views and a good A/C. It could be a very nice place to stay if general maintenance and updates were made as needed or these things don’t bother you or your family. But for the amount we paid a week I expect more for my family vacation. I use VRBO for almost all my travel

Poor Management Company

Overall, the condo was nice and had everything we needed and clean. Multiple communication issues with the management company as the number directs you to a centralized call center and not anyone local. Poor communication on whether early check in was allowed, whether the fridge had been properly repaired that they were working on (as it was still quite warm that first evening we were there). Also, the pool was closed when we first arrived and closed that whole first day without any communication from the company that this would happen or when it would be finished.

Great location

The scenery was beautiful but the carpets and furniture were filthy. The showers and hot tub were also not very clean. Nice big kitchen to cook in but the refrigerator was not able to keep our stuff cold.

Not as advertised!

The pool and hot tub were closed even though it showed open in my reservation for the entire length of my stay. The condo floors were dirty and sticky when we got there. There were broken floor tiles throughout the condo. The tv in the master suite did not work and we were there two days before it was replaced. The company representing the condo had no idea about any thing on the property. Only one elevator in the entire complex worked so wait times were long to go up or down. Some minor issues inside the complex that were halfway fixed so we could complete our stay. Will never book with Vacasa again!

Stunning Views of the Gorgeous Ocean

The property was everything the pictures detailed. Bedroom beds were comfortable and the owner even had 2 fans available which was perfect because most of us have to sleep with a fan in the background. Balcony was huge and had amazing views of the dolphins playing in the morning. Beach was clean and had chairs with umbrellas to rent for $40 a day for 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. Plenty of parking. The only things I might suggest are sharper knives in the kitchen and maybe a blow dryer in the bathrooms. Overall it was perfect!
