Nice little condo

This condo was perfect for our small family. I do wish that the top bunk had a guardrail, but other than that it was just right for our needs. It was clean, had a full size refrigerator, and the AC worked great. It was lovely to be right on the beach and the kids loved being able to go to the pools and basketball court. We would definitely stay again!

Quick getaway

Overall the property was good. The chairs on the patio need to be changed out and the wax ring on the toilet appeared to be needing to be changed. The view was fantastic of the gulf. This place is great for a small family with smaller children.

Clean but needs some love soon

Great view, clean. Some things in need of repair. Needs some love and a little facelift soon. Vacasa is great about answering quickly with any questions or concerns. It definitely served its purpose, providing a clean place to sleep and a direct view of the beach. Would love to stay here again of the owner would just do a few updates.

It was fine, but could have been better

The beach front view was awesome and is definitely nice. The layout is perfect for two people, but the quality of furniture was sup-par. The recliner in the room has "almost" broken arm rests. One of the chairs on the balcony had the seat ripped and was unusable. The bed was bottom quality and the sheets matched. We only stayed one night and it was fine.

Location and property are great. Room is in need of some major repair and updating. Bed covering would be nice as well. They supplied sheets but we had to purchase a blanket for our stay.

Nice stay!

Very pleasant stay, everything need for short ocean vacation, especially view from balcony! Morning coffee or evening glass of wine can't be better! Just keep in mind that it is a "studio apartment", so it's fine for 2 people, but more that 2 will be crowd, even it says "sleep 4".

Clean and nice, just needs some updates

The bed needs a new mattress very badly. The unit is also pretty small, even though it’s set up for four people. Personally, I can’t imagine having more than 2 people in there. I didn’t try out the appliances but they looked a little old. If they work, I guess it doesn’t matter. It was all perfect for me and my boyfriend for 2 nights.

Smoke alarms went off because of steam from the shower every night. The room is outdated and only 3 plugins worked in the entire condo. Had to wait an hour and 23 minutes before we could get into our room bc cleaning crew wasn’t done before check in time.
