Welcome to Paradise!!!! No street to cross to get to beach! We are 2nd tier. Walk out of house, directly on the sand!! Completely Renovated and updated, including new furniture & flooring, February 2020. 55” TV in living room.
We are located approx. 120 yards from the waters edge! Dune Walk West is a raised, 1-story duplex. 1650 sq. ft. Sleeps 12. It has two master bedrooms with private baths, the 3rd bedroom shares a large bathroom with the 4th bedroom that has two bunk beds!! The perfect place for a family vacation or reunion!!!! You will love relaxing on the deck while the kids build sandcastles in the sugar, white sand below!!!
There are two swimming pools and a tennis court in this gulfront community of Morgantown.
There is plenty of shopping, golf, walking trails, mini-golf, go carts and restaurants nearby. Don't feel like going out to eat? No problem...the kitchen is well equipt with everything you need...or grill outside on the bbq pit and watch the beautiful sunset while relaxing your cares away!!
