Friendly vaca

Property is exactly want we wanted. Short walk to beach and close and low key options to food and site seeing. Wonderful to have management check on us periodically during our stay and knowing they were just a txt or call away if there were any issues.

Quiet paradise

I have wintered in the south off and on for over 20 years. Florida, Mississippi, Texas, Louisiana and ALWAYS return to Alabama. I have enjoyed the years of excitement, fun, crowds and shopping of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach and for the first time tried the solitude of Fort Morgan. I will be returning to this area until I am no longer able to travel or I run out of money. Whichever comes first. I love it.

Fantastic Stay!

The condo was very clean and well-maintained, it was the perfect size for two! The full kitchen had everything we needed and washer and dryer were even nicer than what I have at home lol. The location was very quiet and the beach very relaxing and felt secluded and private with only a couple other families during our stay. We could both walk and drive to the beach, which was nice if we wanted to bring a lot of things with us. The staff was always available and super courteous. We loved eating breakfast out on the balcony, it was a gorgeous view of the beach and Sand island lighthouse! The guest book was a super sweet touch, and we hope to stay again in the future.

Unit exactly as portrayed. Gorgeous. Access to beach not described well in description. Bed could use a memory foam topper. An extra garbage bag would have been great. Like 1 for each night rented. Same for dishwasher tablet. Indoor/outdoor pool and the hottub were fabulous and much appreciated. Loved the slow paced, less crowdedarea.

The condo was very clean, the mattress was hard and uncomfortable and the sheets were old. Check in is not until 4 and construction crews took most of the spots until 5. They also begin work very early so be aware. I was looking for a quick get away and went ahead with the rental even though the fees more than doubled my cost. Check your fees and Total before you sign the contract. We have had better luck before in Ft Morgan we just might choose a different company.

Great place to stay. No beach access so you have to drive to the public beach. Pool was great. Very relaxing. Sitting on the patio drinking coffee, listening and watching the waves.

We stay at the Dunes properties relatively often. We love Ft. Morgan beach. This condo was the best stocked that we have had the pleasure of renting. The decor was also very cute and set the vacation mode for sure. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises!

Spur of the moment!

We made a spur of the moment trip to Fort Morgan and do not regret it! We booked the condo and drove down the next day. We couldn’t have been happier with the condo. Everything was as described and cute and quaint!! And clean!! It was very clean! We would for sure stay here again!

Peace and quiet.

We were in the area looking for a home and the location provided for a quiet place to discuss business. The Blue Angel's were an added bonus to morning coffee on the balcony. You will need supplies as there is no coffee or extra toilet paper so come prepared. It was a lovely stay and Dollar General is not to far away.

The mastered had 11 decorator pillows without a place to put them while sleeping, IF you could sleep! The mattress was like a rock! Too many decorations on every piece of furniture. Dishes for at least 25 people left the renter with no place to put food. There were no cleaning supplies at all! In this time of Covid, that's crazy. Very nice TV, dining table and patio. The couch was horrible to sit on, didn't use for sleeping. Be sure to pack all paper products(toilet etc.) as there are no extras. The beach was not far and was beautiful. The pool was great but not heated. It was very secluded. with a lovely view. COULD have been great with a few upgrades. Service from the property management was wonderful, when we had a problem they were right on it!!

Property manager was very responsive to any and all questions. Condo was clean and perfectly located (close to things, but not in all the hustle and bustle). Beach and condo were pet friendly which little Ollie loved. We will definitely be back!
