This third-floor condo offers lovely indirect views of the Gulf of Mexico and a comfortable, open layout that’s perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Located just steps from the shoreline and within easy walking distance to Gulf Shores’ popular restaurants and shops, you’ll be perfectly positioned to enjoy it all.



This 3rd Floor Indirect Beachview Condo at the Gulf Village Condominiums sleeps 6 comfortably with a queen bed in the master bedroom, a full bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Interior Appointments: Fully equipped kitchen, 3 TVs, DVD player, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, gulf view balcony, and high-end cotton linens.



Beyond the beach, Gulf Village also offers excellent Little Lagoon access. Guests can enjoy a private fishing pier and scenic boardwalk just a short walk away through a separate gated entrance. The calm lagoon waters are perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding, or fishing—providing a peaceful alternative to the Gulf while still enjoying the best of both waterfront worlds.

Overall the condo was nice. We had a constant problem with the toilet in the master bedroom clogging. The light over the entrance is burnt out. Also the walkway outside is very dark. outout.

The unit itself was adequate. It was clean and the AC worked perfectly. The balcony is large and beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for your use. While adequate, the overall unit is in need of updating. The furniture is worn, the bathrooms have seen better days, and the bed in the primary bedroom is only a standard/double sized bed. People expect at least a queen sized bed on vacation. The basics were provided though, and it was clean.

Nice, but was listed as having a queen size bed but wasn't. Husband is 6'4 and sleeping on a full size bed is not comfortable. AC didnt work very well. Ceiling fan in living room is a hazard for anyone over 6 feet tall.

Nice view from the balcony. Big balcony area was fun to sit to watch the ocean. Older unit that had plumbing issues that were taken care of the next day after a plumber was called on a Saturday. Deep Cleaning needed. Elevator didn't work on Saturday morning and contacted about that. It was fixed later in the afternoon. Balcony window boarded up without prior notification that view would be restricted. Issues promptly addressed. Will stay here again.

Great location. Property manager easy to work with. Only complaint is the washer and dryer are aged and very small. Had to do multiple loads due to the size of the machines. Wish the pool was heated. They were working in the property while we were there but the workers were respectful of the tenants which was appreciated.
