This place is not as advertised at all. Missing utensils I can handle but pure filth is another thing. The couch has not been cleaned in years and the chair has holes and is disgusting not to mention the blood on the curtains. I will say I called and mrs. Mary was fantastic. She admitted she had not been to this condo and immediately upgraded us to a nicer clean condo whoch was fantastic at windward pointe. I have no complaints at all for that room as it was clean nd perfect for our family. If you're looking to book at las palamas please look elsewhere but if you need a little more expensive but clean plan then ask about their other locationsSad part is we can as a baseball team and all booked the same place just to end up at our other location due to cleanliness
