Great Stay!

This was our first time staying at Crystal Tower, and it won't be our last. This condo was very clean, decorated well, and Jonathan was great at getting us all of the information we needed before our arrival, and checking up on us once we got in. Looking forward to staying again!

A Little Slice of Heaven

This condo was perfect for our quick beach getaway. The condo is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The pools and walkway to the beach are great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice senior trip for my daughter and friends. Room was clean. There were 2 beach chairs and a nice large umbrella as well as a beach cart in the room. We would definitely go back!

Vacation recommendation

My daughter and I went for a week to Gulf Shores and throughly enjoyed our stay. Clean room and easy access in and out. Chairs, umbrella, and wagon was in room and ready for us to use. Security was great and the walkway was wonderful. Didn’t have to cross street to get to beach. My balcony had an awesome view of the gulf shores and a few dolphins as well.

Clean and Comfortable

Very clean condo, and the property too. Walking in to the lobby area, there were people cleaning. That's always a good sign. Elevators worked well, never had to wait very long. I liked that there was plenty of parking, as a lot of condos have very limited spots. We had everything we needed to cook, which is nice for a family. Can't say anything bad about the place.

Has everything you need

This unit had it all!! Washer and dryer and even a couple detergents to use. The owner left a beach chair and nets for collecting shells. Everything was stocked. Even a crock pot!! The bed was VERY comfortable!!I will stay here over and over!

This place is awesome! Comfortable, clean, and spacious! Two outdoor pools, hot tubs, and an indoor pool are great, and the fitness room and sauna are a nice touch. We will be back!

Great location

The location was great! My only complaint were the floors didn’t look or feel clean. I had to sweep the kitchen as soon as we arrived and use a towel to mop the floors as there was no mop. The beds are super comfy so that was a huge plus!

Don’t worry about the armbands

When we checked in, our listing stated that blue armbands would be provided for guests to wear while on property. When we checked in - no armbands. Called VACASA. Went to the front desk - no armbands. Finally, armbands were dropped off on the 3rd day of our stay. Ultimately, no one at the property ever asked about the armbands, and we never saw anyone wearing armbands. In short, don’t worry if you are not left with armbands. Great property and value. Have stayed before and Will stay again.
