The kitchen floor was dirty and sticky. The Keurig maker didn't work. We already bought the coffee for it before finding out it didn't work. the dryer took 3-4 drying cycle for clothes to be dry. The couch sunk down and was very uncomfortable. Was never told it was by an elevator. This was the worst unit we have ever rented at the Lighthouse.
