The condo was clean and well decorated. We love how close it is to all the restaurants & activities. We also love having the indoor/outdoor pool options. It’s our third stay at Crystal Shores in different condos and we have had great experiences every time.

Be ready for a workout

Unfortunately the elevator was out and we had to climb 14 flights of stairs ALL WEEK. We are a family of 5 with 3 children. They would not let us cancel our stay and find a new place. They didn’t even tell us until a few hours before check in. It made everything difficult the entire week and instead of a vacation we were stair climbing. We even had to haul everything we brought up the 14 flights of stairs. We were promised assistance but there was none on that day. Everything was handled terribly and the worst part is they stuck with the argument that an elevator is an amenity on a building this tall. We were never even asked if we were able to physically do this. It truly took away what should have been a great vacation. The unit itself is beautiful and with an elevator would have been amazing. We were too tired to do much else so we felt trapped. Either trapped at the beach or in the condo.
