Summertime Blues I offers a spacious and well-appointed retreat featuring 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, providing comfort and privacy for every guest. The private pool is heated during the off season and unavailable between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Outdoor spaces invite guests to unwind after a beach day, while the interior layout makes it easy to gather for meals, celebrations, or relaxing evenings in. Perfect for birthday trips, multi couple vacations, or friends traveling together, Summertime Blues I deliver both luxury and ease in a peaceful Fort Morgan setting.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful new home in Fort Morgan. Plenty of room for everyone in our family. Having two refrigerators and two dishwashers was very nice. First floor. Living area was huge and the kitchen was very nicely done. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Yes beach is a little bit of hot, but it’s worth it when you get there because it’s not very busy even during peak season.
