Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Roaches were crawling all over the floor when we got there. The AC was broken and sat at about 80 degrees the entire trip. Plumbing in the sink didn’t work so nothing drained. Along with our host being incredibly rude, threatening to report us to VRBO if we didn’t come to any agreement to pay for burn marks in the walkway outside of the condo. Even though it’s a public space and anyone could’ve done it he refused to show proof and was incredibly disrespectful about the situation.
