The bathrooms were beautiful, and the rooms were spacious with pleasant lighting. The kitchen area was open and inviting, making it a great space for gathering. We also loved the convenient beach access—it was a definite highlight of our stay!

We had such an amazing family vacation in this home! There was plenty of space for our family to spread out. The beach was beautiful and loved having it to ourselves. The walk over the dune was rough but not impassable! We would definitely book here again!!

Love the layout of the home, the multiple large bedrooms and bathrooms on the gulf front side. Large kitchen. Beautiful natural light flowing through multiple windows. It just needs a little love and attention.

Lots of room for our 9 adults and 5 children. Thanks for the reviews mentioning sand shoes for going over the dunes. A must-have! Beautiful beach! Beautiful home!

The home was perfect for four families consisting of 16 total guests. Home is well furnished and the beds are comfortable. The decks, views and beach were spectacular. I highly recommend this home without reservation.

The house was clean and spacious with plenty of room for our family of 8. Easy to find, quiet location. Nicely decorated with beautiful views. Very peaceful. We were there in January and had great weather, but we were the only people on the beach. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful two weeks here. The location was exactly what we hoped for and spending time at the beach was glorious. We also had ample inside space for our four generations to be together and apart when needed. We appreciated having seating for everyone at mealtimes! Many games were played and everyone slept well also. We saw dolphins multiple times daily and that was an unexpected bonus!

This home is gorgeous. Very clean. Very nice. Beautiful beach view and lagoon views from every room and window. Only complaint was that the shower attached to loft was not accessible. Bring blowdryer because there are none.

The location was amazing. The home was very well laid out with plenty of space for our group. Our main concern (which we wish we would have know prior to renting, is that the floors in the home are not safe. They are very spongy to walk on and the floor will sink far enough when you walk on it that the laminate flooring will split in two. The home has had some kind of water damage that has not been addressed and was covered over with a laminate flooring. The house cleaning crew did an immaculate job, the house was spotless. Everything looked very nice.

This was definitely the best beach house we have ever stayed in. So clean, very well decorated and a fully stocked kitchen. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and they were so spacious. The beds were so comfortable!! It is an easy walk to the water and the view was gorgeous. You did have to be on the second floor to see the shoreline because the sand dunes were very high but we didn’t mind. We felt as if we were on a private beach because the houses are spaced a good distance apart and we could completely spread out with our tent and volleyball net. We highly recommend staying at this beach house!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I like the house but the appliances need an upgrade. - dishwasher would run but didn’t clean dishes, especially the upper rack. We had to hand wash after. - ice maker in fridge didn’t work at all. The bar ice maker worked but couldn’t keep up with our needs. We froze water bottles to put in cooler for beach. - microwave started sparking and the light pulsed and strange noise. The lining is peeling away and it is rusted(corroded?). We put in service tickets but the guy that came out only cleared the plugged drain in the shower

The good: The house is huge. We had plenty of room for our seven adults and six children. The back deck is also huge and has plenty of lounge chairs. Having three refrigerators was nice. There are a lot of beach toys and chairs in the house. The beach is great. No crowds. We basically had the beach to ourselves. Things that could have been better: We were told the house didn't have a baby bed but found one and a high chair after arrival. We could have saved some space in the car knowing that ahead of time. Also, it's a hike to get over the berm between the beach and the house. My old knees had some issues there. I know the berm serves a necessary purpose, but it does block a view of the beach from the main level of the house and deck. What caused the 4 star rating: The garbage bins were full when we arrived because they had not been placed at the road that morning. It was two days before the next garbage run and I was surprised they took all of it. Also, someone (could have been prior guests) had drug a leaking garbage bag down the front steps. There was a foul smell and sticky substance on the front steps that had not been cleaned prior to our arrival.

Home was great. Had a whole section of beach to ourselves. It was a short stay so didnt utilize much of the home. Only downside was the trash can was full and hadnt been placed by the road when we got there. Probably due to service days vs previous checkout. I would suggest mayb a walking mat from the beachside stairs to atleast the foot of the dune.

The house was roomy, clean and beautiful. It was well suited for a large group, having a lot of space in the kitchen and living room. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and cooking utensils! Lots of rooms, bathrooms, and places to sit, which we have not experienced at other locations. The dining table was massive. We didn't feel crowded. The beach location is amazing. The beach was large, nice sand was pleasant, and the water was shallow for a long way out which was great for swimming. Just be aware there are critters (rays, jellyfish sometimes, and small sharks at morning and evening.) Water shoes could be helpful to protect from the rays that are hard to see and the occasional sharp clam shell. There are a few chairs and quite a few boogie boards in the storage. The location was remote enough that we and the neighbors were the only ones on the beach which was nice. Lots of small fish near the shore if you like to fish!
