「First room we got the AC was broken and blowing hot air. It felt like a sauna. They switched us no problem. New Room was ok. Elevator was broken. Rooms were under construction and wide open leaving the dirty construction smell in the hallway. First glance rooms were clean but when you looked closer there was dust everywhere. The toilet seat was broken. The ceiling over the shower was bubbled like it had a leak from the room above. If you just need a place to sleep this is the place.」

「First of all, I couldn’t get checked in due to the third-party booking app I used. The gentleman was kind enough to allow me to go to my room in lieu of waiting for the response. He knew that I was a travel nurse because I frequent there often. My advice to anyone thinking of staying here is to book at the front desk directly with him as he will match any third-party app and there’s never any issues」

「Tv in room didn't work not -a big deal,but our only option was to switch to a less valued room with no price adjustment because we booked 3rd party or check out for a full refund at 730pm. We decided to stay simce it was a 2 night trip. No elevator at all on the property. There's a "bar" but was never opened even at stated hours. The room was outdated, old carpet, and the more we stayed the dirtier we realized the room was. Breakfast was gross, biscuits and gravy were tasteless and the gravy...

「We didn’t even stay the night. Went somewhere else. Asked for a refund but non refundable online. He offered us another room but didn’t want it cus of the condition of the first room. Just said we will chalk that $75 up. Room smelt bad. The mattress cover had old blood stains from bed bugs that’s the main reason we didn’t stay. The guy was friendly but a no go for us. 」

「Vibrant colors and comfortable lounge area with breakfast was nice. Free parking was excellent and easy to access. Room was mostly clean but shampoo/conditioner had not been refilled before my stay and were not refilled on my cleaning day. Staff were somewhat helpful but not as helpful as they could have been, especially regarding the snacks for purchase when they were not willing to point to something I was looking for even though I asked and instead let me find it myself.」

「My fourth stay at the Kalamazoo House didn't disappoint. As always, Amy is a delight and the breakfasts are a great start to a day. The room was in excellent condition and everything worked as expected. Can't wait to have an excuse to come back.」

「The grab and go shop wasn't really stocked with enough Essentials we had to go somewhere else to find a toothbrush and toothpaste other than that everything was Top Notch」
