“The apartment was spacious, clean and cool with plenty of facilities to cook for yourself. The tv was great and included Netflix and prime options. The pool was perfect with plenty of sunbeds and parasols dotted about - perfect after a busy day exploring the town. The old town was about 10 mins away in an Uber, and we never had to wait long to book one. The highlight of this apartment however, is the host Jelena. She is exceptionally helpful, warm and made our trip special. She offered to cook……

“A beautifully renovated building in the centre of the old city. Amazing location. Staff very helpful. Our room was small and couldn’t open the shutters so no natural light. A little claustrophobic! Dinner at the restaurant was good but a somewhat limited menu. Breakfast was sorely lacking. No buffet, just asked what we wanted though limited choice. All in all grossly overpriced for what it was but suspect that is a result of its location more than anything else. Don’t arrive with large suitcases……

“We were in the middle of town just off the main promenade and only had to climb about 6 steps with our luggage when entering at the Pile Gate. I don’t believe there were any amenities as there were only 6 rooms? The did provide bathrooms and beach towels.”

“Hidden down a winding alleyway, but still close to the bus station and the port amenities. The land lady was friendly and offered advice on how to access various places nearby. Couldn't figure out how to check in at first, the room wifi had spotty coverage in places and I hit my head on the hallway ceiling multiple times. Still it was homey, with sensible choices for shower gel scents and a big window for letting the breeze in. There was an AC, but I didn't try it with the weather, nice as it……

“Great location , Domenika who help to check us in is so helpful, friendly n refer us to good restaurants as good value , good quality food. We live our top floor n have to carry out bags up n down. But fully understand cos old building do not hv lift. ”

“Excellent location in Old Town. Fantastically designed accommodation, to escape the hustle and bustle of Old Town. Amenities in the room were excellent. Very comfy bed too!”

“I love the location and the service is very good. The chef prepares the freshest breakfast on demand. definitely will stay there again next time. ”

“I loved the patio with tables and chairs and the terrace views were the best. I thought climbing the stairs was a great workout especially after eating Gelato in Old Town. This was a great base for bicycling to Ciro trail in Bosnia, biking Konavle valley, along the coast and inland along the mountain. Epic Croatia was great bike rental. Host was very nice and helpful. Kristina kept the room spotless.”

“Great location inside the city walls. There was some street noise but it quieted down by 11pm. Large room and bathroom, newly renovated. Probably best if all was that there were very few steps to the main level. Easy check in and out. It was nice being close the the old town activities. We left our bags in the entry on check out for several hours and they were still there when we picked them up. Also. Very nice secure luggage storage office a couple alleys away. Good stay!”

“A luxurious hidden gem in Dubrovnik’s Old Town! This apartment has a genuine wow factor. Every detail, from the stylish lighting and furniture to the excellent amenities, feels thoughtfully chosen. The interior is modern and luxurious rather than traditional, just as the photos show. The apartment was spotless, with a firm, comfortable bed, excellent shower and jacuzzi, air conditioning, TV, Bluetooth soundbar, coffee machine, fridge with complimentary water, safe, umbrellas, slippers,……

“Très bien situé. Appartement spacieux.”

“On the first night of my stay, the showerhead broke halfway through my shower, and the water temperature was hard to control. I ended up finishing the shower in a very awkward and uncomfortable way. Later, when I was about to go to sleep, I found that the air conditioner remote had no batteries, so I had to go the whole night without any air conditioning. When I told the hostess, she assumed I was the one who broke it. Upon checkout, she asked me for €20 for the city tax, even though I had……

“During my recent stay at Rixos Dubrovnik, I booked the top-tier Spa Suite, expecting a genuine five-star experience. Unfortunately, nearly every interaction fell short: examples: - At checkout, I waited over 25 minutes for a bellboy despite multiple reminders until our butler stepped in and we nearly missed our flight - At breakfast, a manager passed a simple coffee request to a trainee, and only after multiple repeats did the butler fix it. - A pre-booked dinner request at their restaurant……
