「Our experience with the property was excellent from the time of booking to the time of checking out. I dont think I have ever experienced such a clean hotel and wonderful, helpful staff. I have no hesitation in reommending this hotel. There is also onsite secure parking but even without a car its a 1 minute walk to the bus route both to the city or Palmerston.」

「Elsey is very comfortable, and all is kept in great condition. The pool is nice, and I found I was always able to find time to myself there. I did find the aircon not quite up to the task though this didn't impact comfort too much and is likely an easy fix with a simple filter clean. There are shops and a small grocer across the road which was extremely helpful and their produce is top quality. I would go back again.」
