Situated in the heart of the Tamar Valley in the Honicombe Holiday Village, St Ann's 12 is the perfect couples getaway or small family holiday destination. Take advantage of the villages amenities; with a swimming pool, gym and a stunning on site pub.

Perfectly located for a holiday to explore Cornwall with plenty to keep everyone occupied. The lovely town of Looe is within a 25 min drive. Enjoy the stunning views and the local fish and chips. There are several beaches in the local area, many having costal walks where you can truly enjoy the views Cornwall has to offer. Tamar Valley Donkey Sanctuary is the perfect little family outing with an indoor soft play and only 5 minutes away!

On arrival after 8hours of travelling note was on property door we paid for telling you the property has not been in use since july 2025 having been trashed. The alleged owners phone number was on it ringing him for over 1hour he replied telling me he no longer owned the property and could do nothing for us, we contacted yourselves and you replied that you could do nothing for us i am totally discussed with your service leaving my family and myself who is disabled at 10pm at night with no where to go in tears very tired and having to find another property at that time of night very upsetting and frightening would love to hear your comments on this matter, the said property you sold us was back on your website the next day still advertised for over 200 more than what we paid for an the owner does not even own it would like answers

No reply to my messages, calls, emails or texts for 3 months. Arrived on the day, 7 hours drive, while we were parked outside the property this guy Tom said, the property was not available and continued to lie about he had sent me a email stating the property was not available. I asked then why did he not cancel the booking, the booking is still active, no reply. Said he will organise a suitable property for us but after two hours of waiting inside my car, no reply. This guy full of shi#!. Also, the mobile number attached to this property is not his, its a ex colleague of his, the property was dirty and not maintained from the outside. Absolute shambolic, unprofessional as you can be. Had his listing reported to Vrbo. Totally avoid.
