Enjoy a refreshing drink and an al fresco meal on the patio during the day, and light up the dreamy fire pit as the sun goes down on Alabama. Enjoy some outdoor games like cornhole, Connect 4 and horseshoes!

We totally get it—no one loves rules, including us! But we’ve had to put some guidelines in place based on what we've learned along the way. We really appreciate our amazing guests who love our place as much as we do and want to help keep it great for their return visits and for future guests! A booking constitutes acceptance of all house rules and listing description.

1. All overnight guests (including pets) must be registered at time of booking in order to stay the night. All other guests must leave before 10pm.

2. Loft is not accessible by guests.

3. Parking is ONLY available beside each of the cabins for (1) one car. At no time should you park in the driveway or in front of the cabins. Vehicles will be towed at owners expense. Additional parking located in front of the RV park by the tree.

4. We are unable to refund on non-refundable discounted reservations, inclement weather, power outages, road conditions or acts of God. Please purchase travel insurance for any unforeseen events.

5. For PET FRIENDLY CABINS ONLY. Pet Policy: 1 Dog only please. Pets must be disclosed at time of booking.
If your pet is not added at the time of reservation and you would like to bring your dog, please let us know and you can make payment of the pet rent via the guest portal.
All dog owners must be willing to show proof or acknowledge proof of flea/tick prevention prior to check in. Do not allow pets on our furniture or linens. USE of provided couch cover AND old sheets is MANDATORY for us to welcome your pet. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, to include urine, fur, vomit, dirt, mud and feces. Old Rags (white with black x) in the bin under the kitchen sink.

We use all manner of pest control within our ability to prevent pests from entering the homes. In the event we find fleas in the home upon your departure, the guest is responsible for all pest control.

6. Knot Working Tiny Town assumes no responsibility for items left behind. Please make sure to gather all items prior to checking out.

7. We provide a nice, clean home for our guests. Our cleaning fee is based on a "courteous guest". Additional costs may apply for extra cleaning or damages of items in our home due to guests misuse or abuse.

8. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. If we find evidence or smells related to smoking guest is responsible for paying to host for smoke damage.
