“We loved staying in this beautiful cottage in Newlyn. Lenn our host provided us with a wealth of really helpful information about checking in and places to eat and visit. The cottage was full of beautiful art work and a lovely garden to sit in. It was so relaxing staying here, with everything we needed and more. The cottage was situated in the heart of Newlyn so it was easy to catch local buses and walk to a number of wonderful pubs and restaurants. We especially liked being able to buy……

The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. ”

“Shine Chalet is a perfect for a short/long stay for a couple. The premise is clean, modern and smart, there is more than adequate space, it is well equipped, the bed is comfortable and a very nice shower, one issue is the minute hand basin, which barely big enough for it’s function. There is nice outside space with table and chairs and a tidy and sizeable car parking area.”

We had an amazing three days exploring the beautiful Cornish countryside and beaches. At the end of each day, it was also a joy to return to such a cosy and comfortable property. “The accommodation was exactly what we wanted. Owners provided a ‘starter pack’ milk, tea, coffee. Nice touches. Owner was attentive, without being intrusive. Just right.Ideal location. A short walk from the middle of St Just, with pubs, hot food vendors and shops. Free parking near by. Short drive to beaches, and Cornwalls rugged coastline.What more could we ask for!”
