"The property is nice and clean. Staffs are helpful but a bit slow with the service on the main floor. Miguel in the main restaurant gave us an excellent service. Very attentive. We like the hotel so much that we booked another 2 days next week when we come back to Georgetown."

"The property is generally clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but I was glad to have pumpkin and roti. Coffee was of the instant variety, and my preference is brewed. Location is right in providence. I thought the design of the premises was strange. The only window in the room i stayed in is in the bathroom. The room was cold even after i turned off the air conditioning upon arrival, which i found strange. Walking to the only amenities offered, that are the pool and restaurant, were likewise unusual. No elevator, and walking to the amenities seemed like an exploration into the unknown. The price was low relatively speaking for Guyana these days. The pool area looked like it was under construction and could be a highlight if they added a swim up bar and music. "

"I must say staff at that hotel are unreliable not friendly they steal my husband iPad Pro, Max 3 and when he came downstairs asking if they could tell them who cleaned the room they did not want to give a name which it was very sad"

"The breakfast needs to include more Guyanese base national dishes not Chinese base. Housekeeping and front desk staff needs to speak English, Guyana only language is English. I am born Guyanese, the service needs to be better."

"Our stay was perfect and served our needs well! We felt safe during the day but would suggest a taxi at night. The property was clean and well maintained. The pool and daily breakfast were a hit! The unit was very comfortable and came with a gallon of water! We thought there was an issue with the toilet but the property manager came over quickly & taught us how to use it. I wish there was a TV in the bedroom but we made do. Host was very responsive! I would definitely stay again."
