"It was okay.
Pros: They were accommodating with regards to early check-in and did their best to be hospitable.
They were very kind. You could enter and leave freely. A/C and television. Close to the city.
Cons: They didn't confirm my identity and booking when I arrived, a guy in just a towel gave me the key to my room. I know I went early so maybe it was just a bad time but it was still very jarring to be greeted by a naked man in a towel 😂. He was kind though. The sheets were dirty, it had hair and stains on it so I had to ask for clean sheets. The clean sheets they provided were still damp, probably fresh out of the washer. The toilet had a difficult time flushing, the cleanliness of the bathroom was questionable, there was a roach as a roommate. The toilet roll holder sliced my hand because it was so sharp.
These are things I ignored, but if someplace is listed as a "hotel", there are certain things that would be expected, like a front desk to make enquiries for example, and a certain level of cleanliness for it to be truly classified as a "Comfort Stay". It is an affordable place if you want to just stay and have somewhere to rest. To the owners, thank you for your hospitality and accomodation, but to cater to those searching Expedia, especially foreigners, aim to improve the cleanliness and standards of your establishment. Clean and dry sheets, facilities that would not cut you, and sinks and bathrooms that would at least appear clean, deadbolt on room door for safety"
