“The hotel allows children to use the indoor pool only between 9am - 10am and between 3pm - 4 pm. We couldn’t find that information when we booked, and the member of staff at the reception didn’t advise us that when we asked about the availability of the indoor pool with my daughter. It was disappointing. The hotel itself and general services were nice.”

“A lovely, quiet and private location. The pod is compact and well appointed, with a lovely modern feel. Very well presented and some lovely welcoming touches.
Communication was great from initial contact through to the welcome on arrival.
Parking is up the road but only a couple of minutes walk.

“Whilst the Expedia price on this hotel was lower than the hotels website, the general condition of the room and bar was tired and dated. The shower did not work correctly, room light kept flickering on and off when switched on. It was convenient for a party i was attending but i would not return. ”

“We only stayed the one night, so didnt get chance to use the facilities.
Although we didnt have a dog, there was plenty of evidence that the hotel was very dog friendly.
We had a very nice double room on the ground floor. It was clean and welcoming. There was a variety of chairs to sit on. Much more comfy than squatting on the side of the bed.
The bathroom was also spotlessly clean with a lovely walk in shower and a bath. Lovely large white fluffy bath towels.

“The staff we encountered, and another we asked for help with heating, were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were plentiful, although no fruit or brown bread was offered. Toast was offered, but with no suitable crockery. Not enough plug sockets in the bedroom and what were on offer, were not all usable ! Heating was provided in the room - although with no instructions - which proved necessary. Bathroom facilities were good and clean. Parking was plentiful. It was odd that a decaf coffee option……
