"A great find, a good base for exploring Snowdonia/Eryri.
Finding the cabin took some time, mainly because the other cabins' numbering is not very visible and the cabins' numbering/layout in general is a bit random. So would be good if you provided some further instructions/map to find it once in the village."

"The host removed the listing off Vrbo after I’d booked the stay, and I never received arrival information until 4:30 when check in was at 3, however the place was lovely and clean."

"The place itself it's amazing, with stunning surroundings, great play ground for kids , coffee and bar just steps away.
the property itself is dated, in need of serious cleaning, but it was cozy and warm. We found a welcome pack with some coffee sachets, sugar and drinking chocolate. Thank you
All the essentials to cook breakfast and dinner were there .
Not sure if it's normal thing but there was one roll of toilet paper only and no spare bin bags or food waste bags.

"We were greeted by Dale, who kindly helped us checking in very promptly at the bar. We were asked to schedule our breakfast(free of charge) time for the next morning. We were afraid that the room might be noisy at night as all the rooms were right above the bar/restaurant but it was very quiet. Room/bath nicely updated with modern yet cozy vibe and spotlessly clean! our room was facing the main street with some mountain view. parking was free and right behind the building.
After a good-night sleep, we went downstairs for our breakfast. the bar/restaurant nicely set up for breakfast. menu included several options from full English to lighter on the go. Dale took very good care of our breakfast orders. very friendly and willing to share local info for our next journey. we were blown by how nice the hotel/restaurant was, way better than the photos we reviewed on the google. plus the staff, especially Dale was extremely kind and welcoming. overall, it was an excellent stay with great value. we definitely want to stay at the Tilman again and recommend it to everyone! "
"Love this hotel. Location is perfect, can walk down into Bangor or stay in upper banger. Plenty of bars, fast food and restaurants. Staff were great and very helpful. Breakfast is soo good here. Apart from the toaster which takes forever."
"Excellent location. The Black Boy in was welcoming and warm. Room was immaculate. Had evening meal and breakfast there both very high quality . All staff were efficient and friendly. "
"I stay here every year and always have a great time. The staff are so helpful and friendly, plus it's a huge bonus being able to get a delicious breakfast (I have a lot of food intolerances so it can be hard to find food). The beds are super comfy and the area is lovely. I look forward to my next stay."
