“Room comfortable Booked 2 rooms but were placed in different floors Food in restaurant not good too salty and expensive ”

“Our room has the best view looking out to the beautiful Gyllngvase Beach and it is just around 8 mins walk to it. Nice breakfast and staff, room is clean and have everything you need. Town centre is also within walking distance.”

“Hotel was ok but the self-service check-in and check-out is cold, unfriendly and unwelcoming. It’s like ordering at a fast food restaurant and definitely not in keeping with this standard of hotel. The car park is a reasonable size but mostly occupied by spa members. When we arrived the only space left was in front of the hotel so my wife and I went to check in and ask reception where we should park. With nobody around, and just the screen to check in, we were left to roam around and try to……

“Lovely location near Kimberley Park - be sure to visit the Lodge for coffee. Full kitchen - including washer/dryer - available to guests. Delightful linens. No onsite staff but they are readily available by phone.”

“A bit tired. Could do with a good scrub and a coat of paint. Room ok. We only stayed a couple of nights. I would not have wanted to be there for a week. Pool and sauna very good. Shower by sauna very good. Hot tub and flooring near pool seemed like it could be cleaner. Breakfast buffet ok but much better ordering off the menu. Food in the restaurant for the evening meal was good. All staff were very good!”

“The hotel is located on the cliff and right near a beach which was good for a swim. It was about a 10min walk to the town centre and harbour. The room was good and breakfast was very nice. The staff were also quite helpful.”

“Walkable distance to the centre of Falmouth. Loads of free parking when we went. One occasion. we parked on the road a little up hill (2 minutes walk). Its a lovely cottage, I hadn't considered the Victorian steep steps up to the first floor (regarding my 80+ YO mum), but equally might be testing if one had little kids. Other than that, we loved it cheers.”
