「The room was clean and tidy. Standard provisions including free Wi-Fi are available. Staff was helpful although we arrived late in the evening. The overall experience of this stay was good. I recommend this motel if you plan to visit Shenandoah National Park.」

「The hotel as a whole was great! The beds however were not. The couch pullout has a new mattress but you could feel the springs through it and the king bed had new mattress as well but my husband and my back hurt the next day. 」

「It was near the interstate and close to Cracker Barrel as the complimentary breakfast at the hotel left a lot to be desired.」

「Room was clean, spacious and setup nicely. The only bad thing was the ac compressor was very, very, very loud. As long as the compressor was running, it was a constant roar. However, whenever it turned off/on it would wake me up.」

「The Valley Extended Suites is a clean, modern hotel that provides good value. Whether for a few days or just overnight, it has what is needed for an enjoyable stay. The only issue we had was with the thermostat on the HVAC system. While the system worked adequately, we had to turn the desired temperature way down (62 degrees) before the room was comfortable enough to sleep. Once we figured that out, it worked fine, but when we set it at the temp we wanted (68/69 degrees), the room was still...

「Checking in had a little hiccup due to the pin pad. WiFi was nonexistent and was a little disappointing in the evening when we returned and weren’t able to communicate. Good location and the cabin room was a pleasant stay. Nice area to walk the creek. Would recommend the WiFi fix and stocked firewood would be nice. 」
