“Gorgeous property and grounds, spacious room, and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. The room was a bit hot when we first arrived due to the sun shining directly through the window. We closed the drapes and turned down the air a couple of notches and it cooled down very quickly. Look forward to staying here again.”

“Dirt room. Curtain broken, had to pin up towels to have privacy and block the light. Unruly and loud guests. Kids being left alone and yelling from the balconies to their parents in the parking lot. A couple physically fought outside my room last night threatening to kill each other. I tried calling the front desk at least 6 times and no one answered the phone. No housekeeping service from Saturday to Tuesday. Absolutely a dumpster fire.”

“The bathroom had the most horrendous smell - like something wet had been left in there for weeks. We literally could not stand to take a shower and wore face masks just to go in. We would have asked for a different room but the front desk guy was so creepy we didn’t want to go down to the lobby. Breakfast was not good. Cheese whiz in the omelettes and coffee undrinkable. The room itself was clean but all the other factors overrode the experience. ”

“Room was new, clean and comfortable. The front desk team is outstanding. Shout out to Dee; what a treasure. They had an Easter event while I stayed here with food trucks and it was a good time. ”

“The hotel was the cleanest of any hotel where I have ever stayed. Took a while for the hot water in the shower. Room walls are thin and one could hear noises from the closest rooms”

“Room was clean, old bathroom but clean, very quiet, hard pillows, no blanket, fridges and micro in room. Breakfast was yogurt, 2 different cereals, donettes, ok, apple juice. Coffee was good. Minimal at best but for what we paid did not expect alot. ”
