「We had an amazing overnight stay. The staff were very welcoming, informative and professional. We opted to have dinner in our room (private dining). This was definitely a very rememberable experience with a six course meal. The food for the whole trip was some of the nicest I had. The view from our room was breathtaking. I hightly recommended Ambassador Cruises in Ha Long Bay.」

「My recent 2-day,1-night trip abroad Grand Pioneer Cruise with my husband and 2 other couples in Ha Long Bay was spectacular. From the moment we checked in at the waiting lounge, stepped on board to final farewell, every detail was executed with details. The only fly in the ointment was when disembark waiting for car pickup in the lounge, we were asked to move to the other side because the area we sat was reserved for check in customers where there was no sign to indicate that. 「Everything was professionally done from the welcome center/waiting area, boat that takes you to yacht, luggages waiting at your room. Boat is impressive one year new. Food was excellent, opinion from a Vietnamese ex-pat. Pho was delicious. Staff was very responsive. Two excursions were excellent. Most luxurious boat @ Halong Bay」

「신상호텔로 확실히 인터컨다워요 중간에 클럽라운지 추가해서 지냈는데 기회된다면 호캉스 예정이라면 꼭 추가하길 바랍니다 근데 체크인후 룸사용시 룸과 화장실 중간 슬라이드 문 고장으로 인해서 조치를 취하는데 대응이 적절하지 않게 느껴졌어요 오후 늦게 8시 넘어 체크인하고 피곤한상태로 씻으려구하다가 고장발견하고 얘기한건데 10~20분 수리해도 되지 않으면 빨리 룸교체 해주는게 맞다고 봐요 계속 수리팀은 수리하려구 하는데 되지도 않고 짐도 다 못풀고 씻지도 못하고 피곤한데 시간은 한시간 가량 흐르고 제가 요청해서 룸교체를 받아서 그제서야 쉴수있게되었는데 그런일이 생기면 신속하게 대응해주시길 바랍니다 레이트체크아웃 2시간 요청해서 받았지만 조금은 아쉬운점이 남아 남겨요 그외 조식이며 룸상태며 수영장. 클럽라운지 모두 만족스러워요」

「We actually ended up in the bay Lan Ha next to Ha Long. Same scenery but less boats. Our craft was called Paradise Grand. Just delightful with delicious food and fun activities like cooking class, cave tour, village visit. Cannot recommend more highly. Not the cheapest choice so favoured by couples over 35 I would say. Not a party boat」
