“Clean and near airport”

“Came to this hotel very late at night after a long work trip and the front desk manager was very unpleasant. Their machine wasn’t working and he was pressuring me to write my credit card down so he can charge it for the deposit at a later date. He refused to accept cash or to call my room once his machine was ready and threatened to cancel my booking if I didn’t provide the card. To top things off, the sheets and bathroom counter were covered in hair, probably the last guests. The sheets must……

“The room in my first stay on 10 May was very good and I have left a good review for the hotel . My second stay on 16 May however, was far from satisfactory . I still remember the room is 212 near the elevator which was not an issue . The issue is , the room was dirty and despair. I know this hotel is 2 star and the cost is low, but I still expect a minimum standard for dwelling . I recommend full maintenance for the room. Problems : 1. Dustballs which I cannot ignore , 2 . Visible hair on……

“I absolutely loved this hotel. The best hotel I’ve stayed at by the airport. The common areas are lovely and a great place to socialize and work. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast is awesome and the staff are so friendly and wonderful!”

“Disappointed in the quality. Here for dance comp. Our room bed sheets were so thin they were see through. Room had a funky smell. Ceiling in bathroom peeling. Thursday when we checked in hallway by our room had popcorn al over and still there come Sunday. Any public bathrooms here were absolutely disgusting. I know dance events are busy with many visitors but no excuse for how disgusting they were. Too bad the venue itself isn’t bad. Well laid out and convenient location. Any staff……

“I really enjoyed this hotel. The room we stayed in was clean and updated. The bed was super comfortable. No bath tub but the bathroom is fully updated with a huge shower. Probably my favourite hotel I have stayed in. The restaurant area is noisy at night with people enjoying the bar but that did not affect our stay. Room was quiet with minimal hallway noise. Our breakfast was included….food was good in the breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again!”
