"They gave us a room that was fine but 2 days later they changed us to the room that we really wanted. Katrina at the front desk was really helpful, always helping us and checking if we were ok. The price for the rooms is great. The staff in general is very professional."

They both handled our last-minute request to set up the sofabed upon our late-night arrival. Her prompt action and professional disposition were truly commendable. We would also like to mention Juan from the restaurant, who was extremely dedicated in serving breakfast and attending to all our requests with kindness and attention. Even on the days he worked alone, he multitasked effortlessly while still delivering excellent service. Our room attendant, Nahalie (apologies if the name is incorrect), kept our room in impeccable condition every single day.
