However, the front desk seem very inexperienced and untrained. They are always confused and overwhelmed. The bartenders are so good!"

"We had an amazing stay at JAZ Fanara Resort and would absolutely come back.l! The location is beautiful with incredible views of the Red Sea, and the snorkeling right off the beach was one of the highlights of our entire Egypt trip. The reef was full of colorful fish and the water was crystal clear. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay, but our housekeeper Emad especially stood out. "The food was terrible and unsatisfying; it was reheated, not fresh. There was in my room only one tea bag, sugar, and hand soap. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or any other toiletries. I called reception to ask for some hot drinks, like a packet of Nescafe, but no one brought anything. I won't be coming again."
