「Property wasn't ready when promised (3pm .. ready at 6pm) and owner did not adjust the fee accordingly. Inside temp was hot when we arrived although the AC did eventually cool the place (took 3 hrs). Refrig freezer was full so wan't any space for our items. Owner food was also in refrig. Didn't see washer, hot tub, or gym. Pool was empty when we arrived although it was being filled when we left. Ceiling fan was disgusting. Owner lives downstairs.」

It had plenty of room for the 6 of us with multiple living areas, a great dining room, and bedrooms with bathrooms for ease of getting ready every morning. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pot and pans, and utensils, to make cooking meals a breeze. 「We really enjoyed this house for our MN State Fair trip. We had 6 adults with us. There were plenty of comfortable beds and rooms for everyone. The house is in great shape and well stocked with everything you would need for a visit. The location was convenient for the Fair with a park and ride about 15 minutes away. Other spots were within 30 minutes. We also found a couple of really nice restaurants nearby.」

The property was wonderful and the kids (ages 2-6) loved the big backyard with play equipment and sandbox. 「Property was perfect for visiting our daughter who attends UW River Falls. Cute, cozy and simply decorated. Had all the essentials we needed. Dog friendly for small dogs. We opted not to bring our dog this time. We would definitely stay there again and bring our dog next time. The rental had very comfortable beds and a nice lower level rec room. We enjoyed are stay at this lovely place.」
