「This little guesthouse is nestled away down an unassuming backstreet next to an upmarket Vegan restaurant. We were greeted by a very friendly and enthusiastic gent who showed us to our room. "The weather in Hanoi is hot in April and I'm glad I chose to stay at L'HÔTEL du LAC Hanoi for three nights. The hotel lobby manager helped us solve everything and added very pleasant memories to my trip^^ I highly recommend staying here when traveling to Hanoi. It is a high-end hotel with a spa, close to Hoan Kiem Lake, and has an excellent location. Whether you are on a business trip, traveling, shopping, or eating, it is very convenient. At least that's how I feel! Travelers who want to travel to Hanoi are definitely the right choice to stay here^^ Thanks again to Mary, the hall manager for accommodating our request. We received a small gift at the end, which was a surprise^_^"
