Staff were extremely cordial. Getting to the accommodation via public transport can be a bit of a penance as you can either take a bus or a taxi however i found taking the bus to be the only option as there were limited taxis in the area and waited roughly 10mins to find one. Upon leaving the bus stop you'll find yourself walking up multiple hills to finally reach your destination. I strongly recommend bringing a car. A decent stay overall.

I really liked the onsen and the in room onsen. The property area seems kind of dangerous if it snows but it’s in a nice somewhat secluded place. Wish it had mover of a view from my room when using the in room onsen.

The place could use a little update and cleaning but the food and services make up on what it’s lacking. The room we selected was large and it’s nice to have a large bathtub. The entrance is a little steep and if taking public transportation like us the walk into the property is uphill (dark at night with little lightning in the area)
Need a car to hotel. Kind of far away from bus stop and is uphill. Very country feel. Good to stay without noisy. Chef is good and food is delicious. Room is not very clean. Need some hooks in toilet and bathing area.
Unless you have a car this property is not ideal. As well staff were unwilling to let us into the restaurant and charged us extra after our stay to use the Onsen
It started strangely as we arrived to the building and rang the doorbell and called out. Nobody answered, though we could hear voices. Then someone finally came we saw that they were sitting about 3 feet away as we knocked and rang the bell.
We selected these accommodations because many others were booked, and this was one of the only listed with a restaurant. As we checked in we were informed you have
