“This was a beautiful property. Everything was clean, updated, and easy to find. The host left a very helpful instructional booklet describing how to use all of the amenities, and even instructions on how to best prepare the food. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would love to stay here again!!”

“Property was very comfortable. It's close to some onsens and public transport. The house is old and there are some damages, but other than that there were very little issues.”

“We suppose there was two buildings for this bnb which is B-1&B-2, but it’s not! It was a one building separated 2 parts, therefore, the house was very small, the toilet was super small. No coffee or any tea bags provided, have to pay for washing machine. It’s not user friendly for guests. ”

“Unable to contact them. No response to any messages. The email they sent didn't have a password, so we couldn't check in. If it weren't for other guests staying at our other house, we would have had to stay in our car. They said they also waited an hour yesterday. When we called customer service, she only spoke Japanese and disconnected as soon as she heard English. If you think this is acceptable, you can check in.”
