Quiet, clean, modern and family friendly property. Good location, near subway and bus station to access attractions in the area within very reasonable amount of time. Property has plenty of space with private dry sauna and hot spring tub for convenient access. Wish that we have abundance of time to spend and enjoy this property. Highly recommended for winding down and quiet family time away from the bustling cities.

Very modern, clean and comfotable, with inroom onsen and sauna with red light and outside footbath in every suit, even a telescope and a projector. The only downfall is its not walking distance to any stores or restaurants you need to take a cab.

Although needing a train to access this place massively exceeded our expectations. The apartment was enormous with the luxury of a private semi outdoor thermal bath & a sauna. For a family of 5 this was absolutely perfect, very glad we chose here & not the other older hotels in the area

We loved this place - private onsen, foot bath and sauna; so much space; very modern, clean and comfortable. Location was convenient- only 5 minutes walk from Kowakudani station ( although be aware that the walk is along curvy roads and parts of the walk have no footpath so it can be a bit dangerous at night). The only negative is there is no front desk and therefore no luggage forwarding or storage before checkin or after checkout.

It's an amazing experience in the hotel. Huge space for family even with 10 people. I was so surprised by the extraordinary Outdoor/indoor Onsen, Sauna, Stone spa in the house! Everything was clean and tidy! And the check-in was so smooth and easy! The only thing not that perfect was the internet speed, which made the streaming channel (Youtube, Netflix) on TV didn't smooth enough.

The room was VERY spacious and clean. We appreciated the lobby area and while we didn't get the breakfast option, there was a vending machine in the lobby that required us to download an app to use. Unfortunately with us being from USA, to text us to confirm that we wanted to load the app didn't work correctly and we didn't receive the text. What we should have done was purchase food, snacks, drinks from Odawarai station. We did a day trip to Owakudani and on the way back via train, we got off on the next stop because there was a Lawson's across the street from the train station. We loaded up on food, snacks, and drinks and jumped on the next (every 15 minutes) train to Kawakidani. Rakuten Stay Terrace also had a gas grill on the balcony and we should have grilled a few items. Next time!

This felt like a luxury apartment with a private onsen, large tv and bbq. The location itself is near a train station and several bus stops. Please be aware that this property is on a mountain so getting to those might stretch your calf muscles. Lovely location!

I am completely impressed with this property. Smooth check in, huge apartments with the backyard for the pet (pet will have the bed, toys and everything needed), amazing onsen, shower and foot bath, slippers for inside and outside (pj’s of course). Sleeping area included two long size beds, projector. There was a telescope in the living room and kitchen had all amenities you can imagine. Fridge was stocked with free drinks and snacks including wine. Clean, practical, in a beautiful area. I am very thankful for the choice among all hotels in Hakone.
