Hotel Goryukan

"I had an wonderful 2 nights stay at Hotel Goryukan. The staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. I cant recall the names of the staff, but I would like to thank the two staff on duty in the afternoon of 4 October 2026. They helped me to fill out the luggage delivery service card to my next hotel. There are breakfast available, but I unfortunately didnt had the chance to eat them as I was left the hotel early both days to hike. The room are clean, big and has a nice view. There is also an onsen and sauna available for guest. There are free amenities available like toothbrush, facial wash etc. And they also provide a Yukata during your stay. Its a short 10min walk to the Happo Bus Terminal, which makes it very convenient too."

"Very helpful staff. Great location- short walk to happo gondola. Great views of the mountain esp from the dining area, and bfast spread was superb. Clean room and onsen facilities. Really enjoyed our stay."

"Was a nice stay, the bar on the bottom floor was great with a ton of beer options. I also recommend the hotel breakfast, not much else around early in the morning and the hotel breakfast was really nice."

"The property was so beautiful and well maintained. There were 4 of us and the room we had was huge! The staff was incredibly helpful with booking our lift tickets and coordinating with the rental companies for equipment pick up and drop off. They even helped us book a private taxi back to the train station. Only a couple mins from Evergreen ski school and the happo one lift. Also, the little sandwiches and cereal they had in the morning was a perfect snack to start the day before our activities. Dont forget to check out the little gift shop where the owner makes her own jewelry and crafts. We loved our stay!!"

"The staff were so helpful here. The place has character and the location is amazing close to the chairlift and can see the mountain from the room. The room has everything we needed and loved the onsen. Breakfast was typical Japanese style but as a buffet so could help yourself and you could ski straight into the warm room to leave our equipment. "

"La Neige is a great hotel, the staff is perfect, I want to come back, the premises are beautiful, so elegant, and at a good price, there’s no onsen, but no problem, there are options a few minutes away, and the hotel have an excellent transportation service. I definitely want to come back. 5 stars "
