Was very pleasantly surprised after reading some of the negative reviews! Apartment was in an excellent location short walk to the Piece Hall & town centre. I stayed in the Lister apartment and it was so wonderful. They have everything you need even for a weekend stay. Clean, warm atmosphere, and quiet. Loved it here as a solo female traveler and would come back again!

The staff from Property Knights were exceptional, great communication, responded to questions, provided information. The apartment was clean. The kitchen, whilst stocked, has no dishwasher, which was not a huge problem for us, but all the glasses, mugs and cutlery needed a good scrub. We did not cook whilst here, but did get a takeaway, having a microwave, with a food cover was a bonus. The bed was clean and comfortable. Lots of fresh towels. Bathroom was ok, very limited space between the basin and the toilet itself, making it quite difficult to sit, as your knees were against the unit. 😳 Overall a good central place to stay. A little tired looking, especially the communal areas.

Great central location and was ideal for us visiting family. Towels and bed linen spotlessly clean and apartment. Only negatives were entrance into it a bit run down, no teabags or sugar in pots which I would have brought along but didn’t as it stated they were provided and I didn’t discover this until I went to make one in the morning after arriving late the night before. Water in taps extremely hot. Communication excellent and answered any questions promptly. Overall it suited us for what we needed.
