“Prachtig hotel! We zijn bezig met een rondreis en hebben er (helaas) maar 1 nacht geslapen. Maar de reis was nog maar net begonnen. Dus door. Zeker een aanrader”

“The room is smaller than expected, basically no space for luggage. Too many cushions on the bed given not a comfortable sofa is provided. The pool club is pricy without upfront information and surprisingly not free for hotel guests. There is no electric kettle or coffee maker in the room. Nevertheless, the breakfast is great. ”

“Just stayed for one night on our way from Bergen to Oslo. Don’t have much feeling.”

“這家飯店我們住的是帶廚房的住宿5晚，住宿時候，我們只領到一包床套組及毛巾，要自己套床單及自己鋪床鋪，所有的打掃都要自己來，離開的時候又要把床套組拉出來，自己回收到他們專門換床單及毛巾的車上，這是一家自助性的住宿，如果你需要服務，就不要考慮D棟！但D棟景色是非常美，帶有陽台！”

“We stopped in Geilo because of the way back to Oslo from Bergen. We knew nothing before arrival but we finally knew that it’s the great place for skiing. After our arrival, we checked in at 7 or 8 pm but the staff still told us the necessary information. The room is spacious but the interior of the ground and underground are in progress of renovation. It will be better after it. The breakfast was good with sufficient choices. We just explored Geilo after it by the recommendation from the……

“I was looking forward to staying at Skarsnuten Hotel, but unfortunately the experience fell well below expectations and certainly did not feel like a 4star hotel. We arrived at around 10:00 p.m. after a long journey, only to discover that every restaurant had already closed and the hotel offered no room service whatsoever. To make matters worse, the room didn’t even have complimentary drinking water, a kettle, or a box of tissues. We later found out that guests could refill water bottles at the……

“Good service, excellent snowy Mountain View! Comfortable and quiet!”

“nice staff,nice hotel”

“Dusty room ! None of the bed sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases were laid out; you have to tidy them up yourself ! Experienced very bad staff service at the on-site restaurant Highland Pizzeria !”

“Great experience”

“Eldre bygg som bærer preg av dette. Sto til forventningene. Enkel frokost. Ryddig rom. Hyggelige ansatte. Sentrumsnært”

“Clean room. Very accommodating staff.”

“Communication was slow and inefficient (they only replied a message in three days or so). Arrived late on the day and already told the camp site, then found that they didn’t provide the self check-in code as they thought payment was missing. Contacted hotels.com staff who was so nice to fix that. Upon checking in, the amenities were on a rather self service basis, That’s not too much of a problem, but we didn’t expect to put together even the beddings by ourselves by paying not a cheap amount of……
