* Great location, the hotel is right next to the Hamamatsu JR station.
* The staff are friendly and helpful. Response on the email was really fast also.
* Great breakfast. It was really delicious.
* There is a convenience store right down stair so don't have to worry about buying drinks and snack.
* I didn't specific the room type so they gave me a smoking room and the room does smell like cigarette. It bothered me a bit so I turned on the air purifier and the window and it was much better.

職員非常友善，離開酒店才記得遺下個人物品，他們都可以安排寄到另一間將入住得酒店。非常感謝。
