Very clean and neat hotel with friendly service

Very clean and neat rooms. Dinner was part of football match and very good BBQ. Pillows in the room were not very comfortable. Else very good place for a stop over on the way further.

Flot familieværelse - ok morgenmad

Meget positivt overrasket over stort og rummeligt familieværelse. Fin stor legeplads til vores 4 årige. Morgenmad var ok, men ikke mere - det varme som bestod af scrambled egg og hårdkogte æg var lidt skuffende, men der var meget andet: rundstykker og pålæg samt yoghurt og forskellige morgenmadsprodukter. Pandekagemaskine. Forskellige juicer og kaffe og te.

Super god oplevelse

Et dejligt ophold med en meget hyggelig atmosfære og venligt personale. Vi fik supergod mad begge dage – det bedste, jeg har fået i Tyskland. Morgenmaden var også rigtig god. Et skønt sted med mange gode faciliteter.

Das Personal würde ich gern besser bewerten aber eine einzige Dame war so unfreundlich! Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir äußerst unfreundlich begrüßt. Obwohl der Fehler eindeutig vom Hotel gemacht wurde, ließ man uns 15- 20 Min stehen und behandelte uns schroff und von oben herab. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Ein anderes Mal hatte der Gast vor uns gesagt, er sollte, laut Kellner, dass Frühstück für seinen Besuch an der Rezeption bezahlen. Wütend ging die selbe Dame zum Speisessal und sagte die können jetzt was erleben! Den Gast und uns lies sie stehen. Alle anderen, sei es am Empfang oder im Speisesaal waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend!

Wir sind erst relativ spät angereist und freuten uns sehr, dass zum Hotel ein Restaurant gehörte, welches sogar noch um 21:00 Uhr warme Küche bot. ES WAR SOOO LECKER. Absolut zu empfehlen. Personal Abends und Morgens super nett und freundlich! Mega Frühstücks-Buffet mit reichlich Auswahl. Das haben wir in teureren Hotels schon deutlich geringer bekommen. Unser Zimmer war etwas oldschool eingerichtet, aber für eine Nacht absolut ausreichend. Wir hatten allerdings auch erst wenige Stunden zuvor gebucht.

Very nice stopover

We had a very nice stopover on our way further south in Germany. Zur Heideblute wad easy to find and very clean and a comfortable room. The biergarten was really great and cosy.

Personeel heel vriendelijk en sprak meerdere talen.Gezellige bar en restaurant. Kamer was een beetje gedateerd maar was net en in orde. Ontbijt was goed geregeld en had voldoende keuze en variatie.

Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung. jedoch hatte unsere Tochter Magenschmerzen wodurch wir einen Tag eher abreisen mussten. Leider mussten wir das Zimmer trotzdem voll bezahlen was einen faden Beigeschmack hinterlassen hat.

Hotelzimmer mit Etagenbett im Souterrain

Für 4 Erwachsene ein 4-Bett-Zimmer gebucht und Zimmer mit Doppelbett und Etagenbett erhalten. Der Raum mit dem Etagenbett war ca 1,5 x 3 m groß, ohne Ablage und ohne Heizung und das Zimmer liegt im Souterrain und über eine Außen/Kellertreppe zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig und Abwasser aus den Zimmern über uns sehr deutlich zu hören. Eine angebrochene Mineralwasserflasche stand als Begrüßung zur Verfügung. Das Bad war in einem wenig ansprechendem Zustand und schlecht gereinigt. Auf eine Reaktion seitens des Personals warteten wir vergebens. Sehr gut hat uns das Frühstück gefallen, sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich.
