「第二次入住，6年前曾經入住過這酒店！酒店內外也保養得非常好，一點也不覺得有破舊感，仍然整潔明亮！地理位置卓越，鄰近博多巴士站，方便去遠或近的地點旅遊！而去博多駅旁AMU及阪急商場行街也很方便，而轉JR ／地鉄／新幹線整體來說是很方便，是不錯的選擇！」

「職員英文一般，不過可以用電話溝通，問題不大。 酒店本身有停車場，但要付費的，一日1700yen 左右。 樓下已經有family mart ,對面有7-11。 不過酒店直接位置紅燈區，單人可能需要注意一下，特別是星期五六晚。 5分鐘路程已經有2間Donki，十分好。有一間連接住地鐵站出口，交通很方便。步行十分鐘就會到中洲屋台附近」
