「The house itself is nice. WiFi did not work, which rendered the TVs also useless. The water pressure is lowHot water in the shower did not workHost had no problem responding to emails about booking but then ghosted us when I asked about the WiFi. I didnt bother mentioning the hot water situation. Why not? I guess I didn’t feel like typing emails to myself any longer. There was also a bunch of food items in the fridge and pantries. 「We thought this apartment was spacious and comfortable as a home base for a visit to Saranac Lake. The beds were very comfortable, the apartment felt clean and was equipped with all of the essentials. The owners were very helpful and responsive! We enjoyed our stay!」

「Henry our host was amazing. Great location for a fishing trip. Will definitely go back.」

「Great house and location for my family.」

「We had a very relaxing stay at The Elms cottages. The host was very friendly. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks on the property which were included. The only suggestion I can think of to improve on a stay is probably a new futon cushion in the near future as they lose support over time.」

「Great property. Very family friendly. Had issue with check in process which is a bit unique. But online support was helpful and sorted it out in short time」

「Beautiful private cabin close to the lake with a gorgeous view. Extremely clean and comfortable.」

「Cute cottage just off the beaten path. Beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with everything we needed to relax and cook meals. We enjoyed the blueberry patch and the turkeys and deer we saw while we were there. Not a far drive from Lake George or other small towns with things to do. The lack of cell service was taken care of by the reliable WiFi at the cottage.」

「Nice little cabin with a tiny kitchen and comfortable bed. There were a few minor check in issues but were resolved well after a few phone calls to the host. Water was nice and hot in the shower. Morning coffee is right up the road literally a couple hundred feet. I would say overall I liked it definitely. I would stay again.」

「Great central location right on miles of trails.」
