“I did not take advantage of breakfast but love having a mini frig and microwave and ESPECIALLY coffee maker in my room! A+”

“This property is atrocious. It should be a Motel 6. It was filthy, there were homeless people fighting in the parking lot, someone was throwing bricks over the side at the parked cars. My grandson and I booked this hotel based of the the previous ratings. We were too scared to walk to our room. We left and booked a room at the Westin. ”

“This was the cleanest property I have stayed in, in a long time. I always travel travel with cleaning products and disinfectant. I did not feel that I had to clean very much. I didn’t even see dust in the windows. The staff that I encountered were all nice. We didn’t eat at the property, but were glad the option to do so was there. The location is great. They is plenty to do within walking distance. We could see the Aquarium from one of our windows. My only gripe was the parking. It is not……

“We had a great experience. The rooms were nice and the staff provided quality customer service. The location of the hotel is convenient because you can walk to the restaurants, the aquarium, the riverfront, and other venues. ”

“Staff so supportive and kind understanding I was in Chattanooga for medical emergency. Breakfast great, free laundromat, towels as needed except once, building and interior very dated. They should do a remodel it’s a great walking downtown location! ”

“From what little interaction i had with staff was good. Hotel lobby and room were clean. I could hear music and noises coming from other rooms easier than in other hotel's ive used. I didn't care for the super bright white light bulbs in the room, made me feel at night as if i were in a hospital room. Overall no major complaints outside of the light bulbs.”
