“Nice hotel, the owner was very nice. I liked the bread and breakfast feel.”

“The unit was clean enough, the couch was so uncomfortable, the master bed was hard, windows were broken and unable to open. The master bathtub did not drain while showering. The unit is literally right next to the pool, our first night there were loud drunk people there that did not leave at the mandatory 10pm time.”

“Location, location, location! Right next to the ski lift and shops which made everything so much easier for our little ones. The lodge was large, spacious, and very clean.”

“Spacious layout, perfect for a snowcation. Plenty of amenities, we never wanted/needed anything. Balcony view of the skate rink was nice. The shower size, and water pressure, and heat was EXCELLENT. Walking distance to our rental place, and about a 7 to 10 minute walk to the Gondola. ”

“Unfortunately, our stay at the Hyatt Place in Keystone was a complete bust!! The main reason we booked was the beautiful hot tub with the mountain views, the restaurant on site and the proximity to A Basin. The hot tub was closed. But thankfully, they had a second one that was literally in the parking garage. Ground floor, no view, smells of exhaust as you would expect in a parking garage. The on restaurant at check in, she said would be open at five, decided not to open, which left us with……

“When we got to our room, there was a stain on the bed, no toilet paper anywhere to be found, the carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed, cushions on the chairs were hanging off. Overall, it felt like a very dirty room. We were supposed to spend 4 nights at the lodge and we ended up spending 30 minutes there and leaving to book a room at the hotel down the road for 4 nights instead. ”

“The property is amazing. There is construction around the property itself but other than that. I would absolutely recommend the property for a nice vacation!”

“Breakfast was so good and staff attentive ! It helped get us started for a good ski day! Thank you!! We used the hot tub each evening - appreciated the large size and hot tub towels. ”

“They let me reserve the room at 10pm, then after the payment went through they sent me a message stating check is between 4-7pm if you want to check in later you have to give the 72hr notice and there os NO front desk and no one will be back in office til 9am the next day! So why would you let me make a reservation of there is no way to get into the room?”

“Breakfast sux. Toilet would not flush, toilet leaked, microwave make LOUD noise, tub faucet dripped 24/7, heat/ac went out, they changed it out.”

“Parking and bar were decent. The mini split a/c was sporatic at best. Breakfast area coffee was usually non-existent. (8 o'clock) Pool & hot tub were great.”
