"The staff were wonderful, extremely accommodating and helpful with booking reservations and providing advice. Our room was as always cleaned to a good standard and the housekeeping always left little gestures to make us feel special. Breakfast is excellent and our coffee order was remembered by the host which was very touching. Overall excellent hotel. "
