a week in the Hampton bays

The biggest problem with this house, the POOL WAS NOT FUNCTIONING. I called Vacasa almost every day, asking when someone would come to fix the pool. The pool was fixed the LAST night of our stay. I am incredibly disappointed with Vacasa's customer service and would hesitate to rent this home or any Vacasa home after this experience. Inside, this property was great. Just as advertised. Plenty of beds, linens, towels, etc. There was no guide for the house. No instructions on how to dispose of trash or how to use some of the special features. I had to figure everything out on my own as the home manager was unable to help me do anything.
