5 Minutes to Boo Williams Sportsplex! Family fun Grotto waterfall Bethel Oasis

Our single-family home is exactly what you need to relax and rest after your days of fun in Virginia. Our home was built in 2019. In 2023, a Grotto waterfall feature with surrounding 3-foot pond was added in the backyard. There are two master bedrooms with walk-in showers on each floor. The 1st floor master bedroom has two queen size beds. The 1st floor master closet was converted into a simple nursery with a crib, baby swing, and some children's toys and books. It is like a special children's room for a family who traveling with small children. The 2nd floor master bedroom has a king size bed for the parents and a twin sized bed for a young child. We also have an outdoor playground set up for kids age 5 and up. We know we are on a very busy street. So, we built our playground far away in the back. Spacious kitchen and breakfast bar together allow to host larger groups. We welcome families traveling with kids.
Note-Our house is built on a main street. No street parking available. Only 4 cars can be parked in the driveway and 1 or 2 medium sized or smaller cars in the garage.
