"We didn’t get a chance to do breakfast, however everything looked very good and clean. The staff was very friendly and polite. "

"Bed bug bites, dirty used rag in the bathroom, stains on all the blankets and sheets, chipped paint in the unclean bathtub, and hair in the sheets and shower. I cleaned the countertops with a Lysol wipe and scraped off dried caked debris. "

"The property was a good place to stay and in a great location. I felt safe and the room was always clean! The water pressure was pretty low, so it was difficult to shower. Overall, the bathroom was a bit run down. However, the front desk staff was absolutely amazing! There was a power outage on my day of checkout. She was so helpful in assisting me in getting my extremely heavy bags down three flights of stairs. I could not thank her enough! Without her help I would have not been able to do it on my own and would have been late for my first week of work. Thank you!!!"

"You could have told us before we booked (indeed, even before we checked in!) that the main restaurant and the spa (the two amenities we looked forward to) weren’t open for the first two days of our three-day stay."
