Unit was clean and worked well for one adult and 2 teens. Location is great, easy walk to everything. Host was very responsive. I’m looking forward to another stay during the Seafood Festival.

Great Location

My husband and I stayed for a week in July. Place was very cute and comfortable for two. Daughter stayed a couple nights and a little small for more than two, but ok for a night or two. Kitchen supplied nice variety of utensils, pots and pans, dishes. Property Managers very responsive to your needs. Great Location mid-beach so close to everything, beach right across the top of the street. Would definitely stay again!

The property is dated. There is outside stairs to the units the banister is loose, To get to the unit there is a one step that both my husband and I fell off . The owners my want to install a rail to assist or paint the step a bright yellow to make it obvious to see. The furniture was dated the couch in the picture was not what was in the unit. The one in the unit was blue striped, and very old. Parking was accurately described. No beach view from unit must walk to road. I was provided the incorrect access code for the unit, and incorrect internet codes. There were codes in the unit and they did not work either. The place is fine for a weekend but no longer than that.

Great spot for a few days

The studio was exactly what was presented on the VRBO site. No surprises. It was very clean, near the beach & strip. Perfect for a few days get away. Quiet at night.
