The beach condo is a comfortable 500 sq. ft. highlighted by brand new shiplap accent walls in each bedroom. The perfect year-around getaway, comes with one complimentary covered onsite parking spot, plenty of natural light and clean linens and towels for all guests. It's been newly remodeled for the 2020 season with all fresh paint, brand new furniture. The apartment can sleep up to a total of 6 guests with 2 queen beds and a pullout couch. The vacation home is fully furnished, has heat and electricity an enjoyable open concept kitchen/family space and a coin-operated laundry room for all guests to use. Free high speed internet with smart TV provided. There is no cable television at the apartment but you are welcome to login to your Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu accounts. Local news channels can be accessed through the “NewsOn” app.

Hampton Beach is rated among the top 3 cleanest beaches in the U.S. This condo is minutes from The Hampton Casino venue, Blue Ocean Concert Hall, and is a short car ride from the quaint seaside towns of Newburyport, MA and Portsmouth, NH and outlet shopping in beautiful Kittery, M.E. Hampton is perfectly located for a day trip to Boston, Portland, ME and the White Mountains.

***There is a strict no pet policy administered by the condo association. Unfortunately, no exceptions are allowed.

***Although an early check-in can never be guaranteed, our cleaners are typically done prior to 3pm and we always message our guests as soon as the apartment is ready. Unfortunately, late check-out is not allowed due to our cleaners strict schedules.

***There is only 1 tight off-street parking spot. Most standard sized SUVs and sedans will fit. The width of the parking spot is 117" pole to pole. Any oversized trucks or vans may have trouble getting in and out of the parking spot so please plan accordingly. If you need additional free parking, the closest “Park & Ride” is 6 miles away off exit 57 of Route 95. The address is “Timber Swamp Rd, Hampton, NH 03842”. There is plenty of additional paid parking options along the main strip of Hampton Beach if needed.

The apartment is equipped with high-speed internet and a Smart Roku television which allows you to access your favorite streaming services (i.e. Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Sling etc.) as well as local news stations through the “NewsOn” app as well as select live channels through the “Peacock” app. There is no cable at the apartment.

***We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!
